I offer unlimited meetings to each couple. I want my couples to feel confident in what I am doing and feel that I am reachable, within business hours (M-F 9am-6pm). I enjoy getting to really know my couples and keep them involved as much as possible.
I handle professional services, contracts and manage the payments for each vendor. I do not submit payments but make sure I am involved when deposits and remaining payments are submitted.
Great question! In most cases, there will be two staff members from Your Big Day ATL at your wedding.
My assistant will be able to step in on my behalf, if I am unable to attend. If I am unable to attend on the wedding day, a 20% refund will be given.
For reschedules, I work with my couples to reschedule their wedding date and remaining payments. If I am unavailable on the revised wedding date, 10% of the payments received will be refunded. For cancellations, all payments are final.
